  The terminals are the biggest user experience disaster I've ever encountered and people get held up there forever just trying to figure out how to use it. On the other hand, the people at the register have always been extremely pleasant and happy to help. The lady that calls out the orders weekday mornings is way too good at her job.

  Staff was extremely rude and stuck up. I tried to talk to the cashier and he didn't say anything instead essentially laughing at me. Then when I got my coffee the server (who looked like a cheap, easy douche girl) seemed inconvenienced that she had to serve me. I wished her a good day anyway and in response I received the nastiest look I've had in a long time... Go to Starbucks or Tims. Save your self the trouble of going here

  They are supposed to be open until midnight but I arrive anywhere between 11:50 and midnight and they are always closed. I remember with the old McDonald's it used to be open until just before the last train at union

  Shaylene on cash was very rude. She gave me an unjustifind amount of attitude when I mistakenly ordered an "English mcmuffin" and then whipped my change into my hand. I was very surprised because I normally get fast and friendly service at this location. I realized afterwards that she also charged me for a small coffee during the free coffee promotion.

  Is it possible to give SIX stars?
  The new look of McCafe at Union is amazing! This guy named James helped me out, as I always get the same good at McCafe every week when I'm there.
  He told me to try the Vanilla Frappè and the Danish instead of my regular boring combination.
  James was really friendly and helpful and made my day a whole lot better. We also chatted for a while when I was waiting for my meal.
  You know when you eat food and it hits the spot? Thanks to James, I'm in total bliss!
