  Went here with my girlfriend for a late night drink on their patio. We were seated without drink menus, which was inconvenient but we weren't in a rush. We didn't see our server for 10 min and when she finally appeared she didn't greet, acknowledge or even take our order. She just ignored us. I've been in the industry for both front of house and back of house for about 10 years and this was the worst service I've ever received. We just left. You should go somewhere else.

  Nice place to sit and talk. The staff is friendly, but sadly, they are slow to come back to the table. When your drink runs out, they might not notice. You might need some patience coming here but that could just be our experience. You be the judge.

  Highly recommend visit this place. Food is phenomenal staff so friendly and professional. Environment in restaurant so cozy, price is not too high if compare with other restaurant. Fantastic place to meet friend, have date, or spend time with family.

  I have been to this Shoeless Joe's several times, as I live very close to it.
  
  If there isn't a sporting event, there isn't ususally a terribly long wait to be seated or served. The dining room is spacious and there are many booths. The patio is also large.
  
  I have always had good service. Sometimes it gets insanely busy and I've had to wait longer than I had hoped for food, but no stars docked for that. That's just part of life. It's never happened outside of a busy game day.
  
  I docked one star for poor drink specials. The drinks here are very expensive. Especially when so many restaurants offer a daily $4 pint. I don't love the food here (that's the other docked star), and would bring my friends here more often if the drinks were a little more affordable. When they do have drink specials, they aren't strong offerings. Maybe fifty cents off a mini pitcher.
  
  The food is hit and miss. Never terrible, but a little overpriced. To me, that's the nature of all of this style of chain restaurant, though, and not a failing of this particular Shoeless Joe's. All of the Casey's and East Side Mario's-type chains are priced so that you can usually find a cheaper, tastier alternative in Toronto.
  
  The proximity keeps bringing me back, though. Also, friendly servers, and an owner who actively participates during the busy times are both things that are great to see.

  Great place to watch sports games. Ordered food and it came pretty quick was pretty decent. Waitress was really attentive asking us of we needed anything and if everything was ok. Overall how good service should be.
