  Good food and drinks, nice staff but there are few seats and always crowded. Good to get coffee to go but not to sit and work.

  Owners are behind the counter every morning. They greet the regulars by name and I have heard them make excellent suggestions. There was a couple with little ones wondering what they could get for them the owners suggested a customized hot chocolate. The parents were very happy. I've started a new job in another area, will miss this place very much. Thanks for the great personalized service!

  It was what I expected from a small sized Second Cup. The fact that it connected directly to the Park Hyatt where is was staying was a plus.
