  My experience is horrible here at this location on Match 26 at 6:30pm. The girl called Anna seems to hate her job. No smiles, no emotion. She dropped the cup on the floor and she picked it up and brushed it off with her hands and used it. My latte was barely warm. It's too bad that there is no manager in sight.

  Was a great place before the recent remodeling. Had the intimacy of of a ski Chalet. Now resembles a hospital cafeteria.

  A newly renovated coffee shop with the same old crap employees ( or at least one of them). Serviced by a skinny punk with an attitude today. I am NEVER walking into a Second Cup ever again, as I refuse to walk into any place where I'm not made to feel welcomed. There are plenty of other coffee chains and good independent coffee shops around that I will be more than happy to spend my hard earned money at. This Second Cup = 0 stars if I could but the but rating system forces me to select a minimum of 1 star. Don't let the newness of the renovations fool you either - I would rather buy coffee at a gas station before I give even a single dime to this location.

  New look took away a large amount of there seating. Staff is disinterested and unmotivated. Doesn't even meet the low standards set by other Second Cup locations.

  Great place to grab a quick coffee or a muffin. Its pretty quiet so you can sit down to do some work with the free wifi. Always clean and the barristas at this location are very nice ladies.
