  The drinks are fine but the staff (at least for today) sucked. Even though there were 3 staff behind the counter, it took forever for them to sort out the customer ahead of us in line. They were so awkward.
  
  While we were eating, our toddler vomited on their leather chair, and we cleaned it up really well after, but they didn't even bother to come over to see how bad the mess was or to see if we needed help, even though they knew about it. We used our own wet wipes to clean it up, and probably left it cleaner than we found it.

  Typical Second Cup experience. Good service, great hot chocolate, and over-priced! Lol. Washroom was filthy!

  I didn't see any problems and my drink and cake was really delicious. The place is spacious and it's pretty clean.
