  Good food, in really big portions and a really friendly staff. Prices are ok too, considering the size of the portions. It's a great place to have milkshakes!

  Our party booked reservations IN MARCH 2017 for a group of 20 for a very special 85th birthday, with people all over Canada and the US coming to attend. When we got to the location on Leslie st we had to wait, which is fine. Finally we were ready to be seated, and walked to our table when we found out they double booked us. So now we do not have a table ready for our party. so after waiting another 30mins we were seated in a dark corner that had a leaking roof. Now they want to move again and have asked that we wait another 20mins. If you expect good service in a good and timely manner DO NOT COME TO this location, especially with a large party. ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!'

  The service was outrageously horrible. I couldn't believe pickle barrel had such service (LESLIE location). We've been to the York dale location twice and had no complaints. The waiter was in such a hurry and was very rude. He didn't even have time to take our order until a long time later. The kids meal was missing the bacon and I had to ask for it. When it came it was COLD bacon. For dessert they didn't have any cookies or sundae so threw some berries in their plate. I was so mad at that point I left without ordering the adult entree for us, at all. I wanted to talk to the Mgr and waited to talk but no one paid any heed to us so we had to walk out of there feeling completely insulted.

  My boyfriend and I came to Pickle Barrel (Leslie) today to have some dinner I am still here waiting for garlic bread to arrive for my pasta. I was so shocked with the poor service and was happy to see that I wasn't the only one. This is one of the worst services I've ever had. The waiter rushed us and the food was not fresh. Our grilled cheese was dry and our pasta was undercooked and therefore watery. Immediately when this happened my boyfriend went on Google and searched and saw the rating of 2.9 and realized we should have checked this before we even came here. There is another review about this waiter. We came here a few months ago and realized that this was the same thing that happened last time and hoped for another waiter but I don't even think it has to do with him so much. The overall experience with the food and the waiter just did it for us. Never coming back. This place needs Jon Taffers help!

  Oh my goodness. Worst service ever. Waited 45 minutes to receive our drinks. Had no water or anything. Was done our food for 10 minutes until our drinks came. I completely understand that Saturday night is hectic but honestly the food was cold and no drink arrive at our table. The people next to us were here before us and didn't receive their food for 30 minutes and they screwed up their order and it has been 20 minutes and still not corrected. Please don't go here. Try Tim's next door you will get better service there.
