  I can't believe this Pizza Pizza. I ordered large pizza with wings online at 7:18pm. I went there to pick it up at 7:38 but it was not ready. I got the confirmation order email that said after 15 min, it will be free. Finally, the pizza was ready after 25 min later so I told guy who was working at the Pizza pizza that it should be free now.
  The guy said I'm not going to give you this pizza and told me to leave the store. I called headquarter of Pizza Pizza and they apologized to me. They said it's free so I can take the pizza. However, the guy didn't give me the pizza. He didn't even pick up the phone from headquarter. I was so mad and I just left. Everyone tells me that I should sue the Pizza Pizza so I will. We'll see who will be laugh at the end.

  The "owner" that works at this location needs to treat his clients with respect and resolve issues more professionally instead of yelling and starting arguements with many clients. i order online and recieve pizza from this location very frequently. but when i go to pick it up, majority of the time, they mess up my order (mess up fries for onion rings, ordering pepporoni pizza and getting cheese and not refunding RESOLVING the issue even though it was their fault) due to many frustrating experiences from here, i myself and others do not want to order pizza from this location again.

  went to this pizza pizza and the whole store smelled like a sewage dump i wanted to vomit i dont know why the store was still open. also the pizza was awful

  Worst customer service, period. Not even sure how they're still in business. Ordered online, got a free chili coupon and when I went to pick up, the owner literally screamed at me. NO CHILLLI! TWO POP OR DIPPING SAUCE! How about starting with an apology and asking me what I would like instead? Also when I told him that dipping sauce is 75 cents each and that chilli was $4.50 he looked at me as if I was trying to rob him. Finally he offered small box of fries. Great business mindset....cheap out the customer for $1.50 when they screwed up and didn't prepare the chilli. Stay away and use you money elsewhere where they respect you as a customer. Hope Pizza Pizza headquarter looks into this owner if they actually care about their brand.
