  I don't hate this place. I gave 1 star so they get the message. The food was fantastic. We got lucky with our server - charming Asian. The reason for the 1 star is because they have no WiFi and no hot water in the washroom. Once again we totally enjoyed our meal. Otherwise I will give them 4 stars.

  Friendly service. However, never got to taste the food. My cutlery was filthy. It took 15 min before I got the servers attention. I asked for clean cutlery . She brought me another set that was more disgusting than the first set (& that's after I cleaned them with my napkin). Not to mention how scratched up the cutlery was on top of being dirty. It took me another 15 min to get to servers attention again to ask for take out container. A lot of staff but very slow with everything and it wasn't even busy. Never going back & if hygiene is important to you stay away. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.

  We went for special family dinner (4 of us). Arrived during snow storm and expected it to be slow - but it was quite busy on a Sunday evening. Still, seated promptly and Sydney took orders. Drinks were good and salads were fine (if ordinary). Lobster and salmon entrees where all good, as was dessert. Sydney was mostly attentive. Front was lined up as we left at 7pm.

  Had a lovely experience the other day with my family as we celebrated a special occasion. The server was attentive to a degree, friendly and accommodating.
  
  For dinner, I ordered the lobster tacos, which was $17.99. My meal comes with a side so I chose fries. When my meal came, it didn't seem like there were enough fries (literally looked like just a handful) and I thought they were pretty spicy.
  
  Initially I feel the menu is too extensive. I also wish butter was a given when offering biscuits. However, the experience was pleasant nonetheless.
  
  This vicinity operates on a first come, first serve basis.

  Service was excellent. Came for my uncle's 60th and they were very accommodating and attentive. Restaurant itself was very well maintained and clean. Made eating there much easier.
  
  (Why it's 4 stars and not 5) On a personal note, based off the menu items I chose, I did not like the food as much. But that's not to say that others did not enjoy it.
