  No drive thru, Playplace not that clean. Patrons kids are very ill behaved and parents are careless. Nott that many seats.

  Cleanliness: food bits all over seats and floor. I went to the back of the restaurant away from the kids hoping to find a clean seat. Sort of managed, except on the beach seat was a fry that someone had sat on.
  
  Freshness: my McChicken was not hot but more luke warm. Fries were good.
  
  Odd thing is, I had a coupon code for filing out a survey from the Victoria Park and Finch location. Free medium fruits and drink with purchase of a large sandwich. Very good value.
  
  Cashier didn't know how to processes coupon and had to ask manager. Cashier asked "for here or to go" yet food was given in a paper bag by manager.
  
  This was my second time here (6 months ago) and they did the same thing. Seems like managers are not listening to their customers.
