  I love their gym upstairs so I am there all the time, but the superstore customer service is terrible. Always long lineups and huge waits. Rude staff too. It's convenient and they have a great selection of health foods which I love, but they need to work on their customer service.

  Great deals and the hot table is great! Love getting the points but hope they will increase the proportion per $ spent. Also love the ability to get a bottle of wine or beer with dinner without leaving the store.

  I visit this location on a weekly basis it is very large with lots of variety. This place is generally clean and staff is friendly. However the most important thing a grocery store should based on is inventory and this place is severely lacking in that department. This is probably the most inconsistent grocery store I've been to. Even the staff who I always have to ask to get food/products from the back stated, "that management never orders enough of the high demand products". Is it a strategy to get customers in the store often? Regardless it is very frustrating for customers to not be able to get the products/foods they need in one go.

  The store is very large and clean. Joe fresh and price match available at this location. Staff os friendly and are already aware of the beat prices for price match

  Nice and friendly staff. Especially the guy in seafood who is always happy. And the other guy in seafood who's name always changes every week, one week it was David Ross , another, Billy and I can't remember the other name . Was also in the store recently to get steaks and the tall guy in the meat dept served us well. He was very friendly and he cut the steaks just how we wanted them . I recommend going there. Also the Italian guy in the meat dept who is very friendly and nice and is one of the nicest and hardest working butchers I've seen. Produce ; is the best department. There's never a time where I don't see employees putting out stuff. They do a really good job. They live up to their slogan ; "Big on fresh, low on price "
