  This is my third time coming here and thought I'd grab some tarts because I was craving them. So I came on the 19th of December (Mon) in the evening for the portugese tarts, but after noticing a COCKROACH inside their display case, it turned me right off and walked out, but not before getting a video of it. I wanted to notify the staff but couldn't because one of them was busy serving, and the rest were all talking and gossiping about personal matters to their friends that were hanging out there. Hopefully the other locations have better cleanliness and staff because those portugese tarts are to die for. I work in retail as well so I know all about customer service when I see people being waited on.
