  Worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. I had to come on here and share it. The owner has emotional instability and paranoia suspicious mannerisms. I walked in with 1000$ to spend but left with nothing because of the attitude and being followed around the store. She tries to mask her anger and hostility by being terse but it doesn't mask well for me. I went in feeling in a great mood and came out feeling attacked. Worst customer service. Needs to improve or leave the service industry. Not sure if she has employees who are nicer. Don't care. Won't risk it.

  Alicia took care of me. She put me at ease, was very helpful and patient and gave me her honest opinion when I was shopping for swimwear. I ended up purchasing two that really look great on me. It's nice to have this kind of shop in the neighbourhood. I will be back for sure.

  The "owner"of this store was extremely rude and discriminatory. She made rude remarks after asking what my budget was. I've had other friends who've visited and they too had bad experiences. It's such a shame that a black female entrepreneur who advocates for breast cancer survivors would act in such an unprofessional manner. My advice to her would be to fix your attitude.
