  Never ordering again...
  
  The first experience I had was great. They were very kind and accommodating. My family does not eat pepperoni, so were allowed to substitute for another topping. Overall, the pizza tasted pretty good.
  
  However, the second experience was horrible (regarding customer service). When ordering, I asked to substitute and was told substitutions are not possible. Upon trying to clarify, and being interrupted several times, the woman over the phone became very short and rude with me. Finally, after saying she didn't care about our food preferences and what we wanted to order, she explained that we can nix the meat but we'd still be paying for it. I felt it unfair that I should be charged for a topping that's not going to be on my pizza. She then went away from the phone to speak with a collegue and proceeded to have a rude conversation about me. Essentially, they spoke about how pointless the conversation was, that I shouldn't be wasting their time and not to bother with me. Really? It's very sad to see such good food being represented by a few people who have no sense of kindness. Word to the owner, I realize it's a family business, but maybe think critically about how your employees are treating your customers. There's a reason most of the negative reviews are saying the customer service is disgusting.

  I recently moved to the neighborhood, and needed a place to bring my family for dinner to thank them for all their help. Frank's stood out as one of the best looking places on the St. Clair West strip. When we ordered the food the staff was friendly and informative. Needless to say, we were not disappointed when our food arrived. The two pizzas we ordered were fantastic and the pastas were also on par. I will be going back often!

  I went to visit my friend in Toronto and we heard good things so we ordered
  Even though I was put on hold twice during my order the pizza so good I can't give them anything less then 5 stars

  Thought I would try a new pizza place on St Clair. I payed $13 for a margherita pizza that was TINY. Save your money and spend it at any of the other fantastic pizza places in Corso Italia. Absolutely a waste of money and time.

  Upon entering 'Frank's Pizza House', I was instantly disappointed by the cramped, 'cozy' environment. The claimed 'family style' casual experience felt stuffed and lacking of atmosphere. The room was very ugly and dated. I was seated at the table closest to the door, which was very, very unpleasant. The cold air that kept entering and sent chills up my spine. The food took over forty-five minutes to arrive, which was ridiculous because our table wasn't given any bread or beginning dish. The food was not worth the wait and was surprisingly boring and small-portioned. The waiter messed up my order which made the wait even longer.
  
  To conclude, order the bill with your food, because by the time you finish eating, it will only come twenty minutes after.
