  The pizza is good by Toronto standards (which are quite low), but management and the owner has a poor sense of customer service. They'll cut in front of customers in line and interrupt service to customers for their own needs. This happens every other time I go. They appear to have been raised by wolves.

  This location is one of the best Pizza Novas I have been to. Customer service is very friendly and personable, they care about the food and customers. Never had a complaint or anything wrong with my food when ordering from this place!
