  Almost every McDonalds drive thu is a grab and go. This one, you would wait almost 10 minutes in the drive thru for them to make your food. Quite possibly the lousiest restaurant. Not up to standards at all for a fast food restaurant. and fam i asked for a mighty angus i got a angus with a piece of bacon.

  This location likes to make their own rules during promotions. During the free coffee week they remove the stickers that let you earn a free medium. That's not right. All of the other locations surrounding this same area does not do this. If someone knows who the owner is it the contact details for the Greystone one, please let him/her know.

  This McDonalds is the #1 worst ever everyone has a bad attitude even management... the surrounding neighbourhood has many people who are down on their luck and seem to be drug abusers, who hang around in and out side there all the time often asking for money. It's pretty close to us and that's the only reason we even stop there... they'll soon be on the black list cause they hire every disrespectful teen they can find and you leave the cash feeling like you've just had the worst customer service ever every single time. I wish there was an option for no stars.

  Always have to check to make sure they have the order correct when ordering to go. Buy three meals and you have to ask for ketchup. Then they only give you three little packets

  A very small place. As you step in you feel crowded.not enough standing room at the order counter. This place is quite quick but most uncomfortable.
