  I've ordered from pizza nova probably a hundred times, enjoyed every slice. Second time ordering from this location on King st and it wasn't good. Ordered two party size pizza, one veggie one chicken&spinache, and one gluten free pizza. The two party size pizza's, just something about them was bad. The sauce, the toppings, the bake... all wrong and tasted poor. The gluten free pizza was good.

  Order was accurate. Pizza looked & smelled good but it was tasteless. No seasoning/ spices. Very, very bland.

  Great pizza, but the customer service was really poor. Employee helping me almost gave my order to the guy in front of me, and seemed bothered to give me the drinks I had already paid for. Extremely rude and ruined the whole experience. Even though I love the pizza I will be sure to avoid this particular location.

  My advice is don't ever go here. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I saw bad reviews on google before going but I thought it wouldn't be too bad.. I was really wrong. Always listen to google reviews!! I don't remember what the guys name was, but he mumbled a lot and then got frustrated when I didn't know what he was saying!! It was almost like he was trying to make ME seem like the person with bad communication skills. I had never been there before and he just got frustrated at my questions about the menu/prices. Horrible customer service. I was patient at first but then was too frustrated with this kid and told him that I was done, so I left and went to get falafel from the place next door (really good deal on tuesdays by the way). Anyways, I think someday I will go back in there and tell him to his face how horrible his customer service is. I can deal with most people but this guy was SUPER RUDE and IMPATIENT! He should be fired.
