  Don't go here very often but when I do its standard pizza hut. Wait times aren't too bad waiting area is nice. But with any pizza hut it's a little pricey.

  Don't like this location due to their bad customer service and cleanliness. Recently I went to get a medium pizza and I was told it would be 15 minutes. I was sitting down and after about 20 minutes passed, I got up and was about to ask how much longer it would be and a girl at the desk asked me what my order was when she saw me get up. I told her and she then had to look in the back and saw my pizza just sitting there on the counter and gave it to me while looking slightly embarrassed because she could see the look on my face and that I wasn't happy. Now, I do not know how long it was just sitting there for, but they should be more organized to know that as soon as the pizza is ready to call the customer. I probably waited at least 5 more minutes than necessary for no reason. On the same day, I saw them drop some sort of cooking tool on the floor (it wasn't a pizza cutter, but something else) and they just looked around and put it back on the table where they make the pizzas, not bothering to wash it. I will try and avoid this location in the future.

  1 WORD... HORSESHIT
  This store provides quality trash, if that's what you're looking for. They truly truly deserve an award for the best trash served in a box in Toronto. Have your heard of quality over quantity? Well this dumpster of a store, does the exact opposite. They rush through orders, both at the counter and in the kitchen making my food. Their "food" is horrendous. Delivery times are absolute garbage, always coming 20-30 minutes late.

  Absolutely incredible service today. Extremely accommodating to persons with disabilities and disability friendly. Cooked my food extremely well and gave me a special price as I was a bit short on funds. Very friendly service.
