  Everything on their menu looks good except for the polow, it was very dry and had a weird aftertaste, not worth it. It's also had to enjoy the food when it's super cold inside the restaurant. I'd recommend going in the summer because they're not accommodating when it comes to moving you to a warmer seat. We asked to be moved from the seats right next to the entrance to the inside area, and the server tells us it's even colder there (which didn't make sense to us because we were right next to the door where people were entering/exiting) so she never moved us; just excuses. We were also not given any water until we had to ask for it...at the END of our meal.

  Went to eat at Charcoal Kebab today and the food was excellent and the service was top notch. My family and I would recommend this place to all of our friends. This was probably the best food i had in years. If you live in GTA and haven't been here yet, you are missing out big time.

  The service is Not the best. But the food is really good. Dapanji and lamb kebab are must order. Lamb soup has a nice flavour but it's on the oily side. Manta (lamb dumplings) is amazing too.

  The food here was excellent. The lamb kebabs were grilled and seasoned well, and thoroughly cooked. Their lamb giblet soup and lamb chop soup were both great as well- the soup had a flavourful and balanced taste. The quality of the food has been consistent throughout my visits here.
  
  The service needs some improvement lately, and was the reason I took off a star here. Although the service was nice, it felt as if they were distracted. We were a group of three, yet they only gave us 2 sets of cutlery and plates. We'd also not been given menus until almost 10 minutes in. In both cases, we had to ask them for it.
