  Just had a less than satisfactory meal! Arrived with my 88 year old father in law to celebrate my birthday. ( It was last week) We stood at the door for several minutes before being seated in a booth the furthest from the door. Did I mention Dad uses a cane! We waited for over 5 minutes before we even saw the waitress, we all ordered the ribs. We waited for about 30 minutes for our order, mine was cold! Waitress had a manager come over and she replaced my order. That took another 10 minutes! When we received our bill no compensation was made. Great celebration! Not!!

  This is my second visit here with a problem. First problem. My brisket sandwich was ice cold. Second time. My southern fried chicken sandwich was burnt. I thought it looked a bit dark. When I took a bite it was burnt charcoal taste. They offered a replacement but I declined. I can hear the staff in the back and the lack of maturity. I never give bad reviews.

  I've gone to a few different Montana's, this was a horrible experience. I could count all the people in the restaurant on one hand but still had to wait 20 min before one of the 5 servers acknowledge us than another 45 to an hour wait in our food. Save to say I will never return to this location.

  Good steak and rib dishes, and great beef ribs you wouldn't find in many places. Good selection of beers, attentive service, nice patio, lots of parking right next to the entrance. Prices in line with other steakhouse chains.

  Came here for dinner last night. This place has been around since I was in high school and always had pretty good memories of it.
  
  What was not good at this place though was their salted caramel dessert. It was terrible. It was just like eating pure caramel which was way too sweet for me. The only salty part was they put pretzels in it but it didn't make a difference at all.
  
  Other than that some of the food isn't too bad but it's not the greatest either. They took out their fried ice cream which I'm sad about.
