  The food there is really good. Cute cakes and pastries. They also have pastas and other foods. Some of the staff can be a little rude though. It's great food, but some of them can definitely act like your bothering by asking for certain foods.

  The staff are very nice, but their portions for hot foods seem to vary. Sometimes I get a big lasagna slice, sometimes I get a small slice ( Little to no cheese on the lasagna ever). The pastries are fair priced. The have a good variety of Italian drinks in the fridge. I think the prepared food is quite pricey for the quality, honestly I don't buy prepared foods there anymore, but I still pop by to get some pastries.

  The sweets are nice but the varieties are good for sweets and salty food. Just came back from italy so obviously it did not meet that expectation, hence the 4 star. Plus Novello Bakery near highway7 have much better sweet treats.

  My family has been coming here for years ! They have a Great selection of pasteries that taste amazing and fresh! Angelo and his family do a great job at providing excellent food and most importantly service. And lets not forget to mention the best canoli and cakes across the city!

  Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Ordered two cakes for parents anniversary dinner with a week or more of anticipations​, was never informed cakes were discontinued, young lady double checked with a man in the back if she could order my cakes no problem he said. Today get there and my cakes were not ordered at all!!!!! Older women didn't even apologize for the matter got stuck out of disperate measure to order random cakes from their display, lost a loyal customer...use to live going here for lunch and pastry section I will take my business to Francesca, they will for sure not forget my order especially for such an important occasion.
