  On one hand, you have a restaurant that delivers great food and great ambience. On the other hand, you have a restaurant that just can't seem to get management or service right. Absolute bummer. It's always either a win-lose or a lose-lose.
  
  Our server, Samantha, was the only reason we stayed here to eat after a lousy initial greeting and overall experience. The blonde-haired male manager (didn't get his real name because we didn't care) sent our server over to rectify an issue that he should have done himself and didn't even bother to show his face on the bar side of the restaurant for the rest of the evening.
  
  The absolute worst part of this all... is that the issue was over a $3.88 credit on $50 bill which included a 25% tip (since Sam was so awesome) for a mistake that was made by THEM. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Shame on you, sir. Where did you go to school for business management exactly? Do you understand math? Do you know anything about customer service or customer retention? Obviously not.
  
  To make it worse, all of this comes after receiving a terrible experience for my dad's birthday back in January with a group of 5. 1) They didn't book our reservation properly, so when we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated; 2) They ran out of glasses so they couldn't even give us water to drink for 30 minutes; 3) our food took over 30 minutes to arrive to the table; 4) our server still had not offered drink orders or placed our utensils on the table. My mom even made a joke and said, "Are we supposed to eat with our hands?" He didn't find that very funny. Another representation of their dreadful customer service.
  
  There are a few things that seem to always be consistent with this place: poor management, poor hostesses, poor servers, poor customer service and long wait times for food. It makes no sense for a place that has such a good menu. So, if you can tolerate all of the above for some "pretty good" food, then go for it.
  
  As for me: No more weekend brunches here. No more business meetings here. No more casual sports watching here. No more referrals here. No more, no more, no more. Step your game up people.

  Awesome service, and really good food. We had a couple issues with the food but the manager came and helped fix it, it was done with no issues and with the upmost respect. Definitely coming again for the strawberry lemonade and the service.

  Service was good. Fast and very polite... However, the food here was not soo good. I had the chicken parmesan and my noodles were cold and sticky. Half way through my dish, I found a hair on plate. I returned my dish for another one, but by the time the new dish got to the table, I lost my appetite. The breaded chicken was also smothered in sauce and was soggy. The quality of food doesn't match the pricing. Also, my girlfriend got a burger that was burnt around the edges but had felt we did enough complaining for one night. I do want to mention that our server was very friendly, and he handled this situation very well. The food however, was not very impressive.
