  First of all, waited half an hour just to receive our order. Secondly, we received the wrong order and last but not least, I got food poisoning.

  Took them 10 minutes to give me my food. Literally served 3 people behind me with the exact same order (zinger combo with a poutine). They also only show half of the actual menu for some reason, and the stuff they do show is up charged.
  
  My combo was 8.50 or something, but it's 7.99 normally. Go to the KFC 5 minutes away at Kennedy and Ellesmere, don't bother wasting your money and time here.

  I ordered the "big box meal" and they have several variants. When I ordered it they gave me the wrong one and when I asked to exchange it to the one I wanted( I didn't specify nor did they ask for specification) they denied the exchange as "the product was already out and it would be a waste".
