I ordered a hot chocolate, a regular cheeseburger (only mustard), small fries and two hot apple pies. Pretty simple order right? Well I checked my hot chocolate before leaving and sure enough! No chocolate. Got that fixed and left. In my car, took a bite of my cheeseburger before driving off. No mustard but catsup only! Two errors in my simple order. Happens quite often to me. McDonalds needs to up their game.

Crazy lines regardless of in-store or drive through. They recently added a 2nd car lane but that didn't improve my time. The bottleneck is at the food window.

Food and service not bad but men's washroom a disgrace. No walls around the toilet bowl where you sit down, heavy smell of urine probably on the floor as it looks like they don't bother to mop nor clean in here either. I know that the washroom has been like this for at least one week as I was here last weekend also. You would think maybe they don't have any money for repairs. Unbelievable !

This location has the slowest wait for food and drinks. Once, I waited almost half an hour for a Mocha, and they even ended up messing up my order. From what I've seen, some of the employees are nice, and helpful, but most of them are rude and apathetic. I've even witnessed one of the cashiers rolling their eyes at an old lady who didn't seem to give anyone any trouble.

This location only has one janitor from what I've seen and I feel so bad for him. During lunch hours, kids around the age of 12-14 from a nearby public school will basically storm the restaurant and will take up all of the tables. They end up being very loud and disruptive, and when they leave, they leave the tables trashed, full of garbage and empty cups.

The 'kitchen' behind the counter is often crowded and is sometimes louder than the stampede of kids during lunch hours. Most employees don't work, they only talk and get in the way, leaving the hardworking employees to pick up their slack.

The bathrooms there aren't the best; they could be bigger and cleaner. I've seen pee on the ground and on some toilet seats. Yuck. The bathrooms are often crowded (as well as the entire place).

Though the building is rather nice and is in a convenient location, but overall, to improve this location all they need too do is fire all of the bad employees, control the amount of people going in, get more janitors and expand the bathrooms.

I have mixed feelings about this location.

They hadn't refilled any condiment dispensers in the entire store of like 4 different ones. I tried to get assistance forever before anyone even acknowledged me. I had to go to two different lines cause the cashier couldn't wave down another employee to pass me a couple ketchup packs. I waited over ten minutes...I really like my ketchup :( the store was also in a pretty bad state of cleanliness. The restaurant was semi busy but not enough to justify all that.
