  This new order system takes much too long! It was much better and faster the old way! My food was cool. Other than that...I was delighted to see that you had hired a young teenager with Downs Syndrome. I had a chance to speak with her when I needed help finding the right lid for my small drink. I had ordered a small coke but we both realized together, that the reason the small lid wouldn't fit, was because the counter staff gave me a medium. This young lady was working hard and she was an absolute sweetie. Good fir you McDonald's. ..good for you! I've been taking my children to McDonald's for 45 years ( I have 6)... now...they take Mum!!!!

  Been going to this McDonald's ever since I was a kid, its renovated quite a few times and is always clean.I just wish they could fix their kiosk receipt printers.

  Nice clean place but not very accessible for customers. Washrooms are really small and wheel chair will not fit inside. Their broom closet has a washroom sign over it! So anyone can mistakenly think its a washroom! The person who designed this location was not thinking about customers with disabilities.

  Better McDonald's compare to one on Bloor and Kipling in terms of food quality and service. Had them make a mistake on my order a couple of times but always quick and polite to make it right, where as the other location gave me a nasty attitude.

  Was here back in October with my coworkers and boss. At first the service was a little show, but the manager selected us to try McDonald's new approach to serving meals with the stainless steel basket for the fries and a nice tray. The burgers were even presented in an appealing manner, I thought I was in another restaurant. I can't remember the managers name but she was very polite, upbeat and comical. She had African roots possibly. Thank you for the great service.
