  Ordered 2 iced coffee black today.
  
  Omg.. first I got 2 iced lattes!!! Told her to change them of course.
  
  She gave me only 1 iced coffee with espresso. Then all of sudden she walked to the counter that brewed coffee(coffee can be refilled) was put and she poured one of them into a cup.
  I didn't think that could be my the other coffee... Because I was watching her!!
  
  However she gave it to me... I was so upset because I spent about 11 dollars for them and I got them???
  
  I complained her, she murmured without saying sorry... whispering something to her co worker in front of me and went away... after felt like 10 minutes she showed up and I could get the other coffee without sorry...
  
  I gave up for getting apology from her I was tired and all 10 good friends were sitting & waiting for me...
  
  Artisano, you lost 11 customers!! Bye~~
