  Very poor service. If you're coming here for the convenience of the "one-stop" for groceries and alcohol you will be disappointed. They seldom have more than one or two cashes open despite the big sign telling you they're "always open" (on Saturday and Sunday!) The staff selectively decide when they have the training to sell you alcohol even if the person in front of you just bought some. Just go to the Sobey's and the LCBO up the street on Laird, way faster and easier.

  Great place to shop. Cleaner than lower Jarvis Street. One thing cashier should learn to clean there moving belt. All groceries store need to train there staff to do this at least once an hour.

  Not only does this Loblaws never have the sandwich I want (that's not what this review is about) but I bought some cupcakes with the expiry date 3 weeks from the date I bought them. Thinking they were fresh, because the date on the sticker was so far away, I bit in. They were not fresh. Nearly hard to the bite. They had clearly taken off the previous expiry date and posted their own. I've heard of Loblaws doing this but I never thought one so close to home would? Changing the date and selling expired goods to custoomers? Absolutely disgusted by Redway Loblaws and will no longer be buying any of these sorts of products here in fear of them being expired.

  It is really unfortunate I have had this Terrible customer service, the store itself is beautiful, and was a frequent customer since I moved to the area in late 2016, but most the people I have come across who work there are incredibly rude and I have overheard employees making fun of customers as they walked out of ear shot, which makes me sick to my stomach, and even more unfortunate that their management is so lax that they allow this type of behaviour. Needless to say you have lost a customer, and hopefully others will see this and think twice about where you buy their groceries... Longos up the road is just as nice, and friendly staff to top it off. I just enjoy shopping without the risk of being mocked by the employees.

  Great store with click and collect which helps you skip the lines on busy weekends. The food at the HMR is very good too and the staff are friendly. Don't know why so many people are complaining as I've been here and I loved it
