  Lovely. Good food good service I am tipsy but still they cleared the table beside us so fast. My bf saoked his fries in the meat juice and he is basically a chef. This place has it down to a science basically. Solid steakhouse and how do they make it so good.

  A group of 5 of us wanted to treat our Los Angeles friend to what we expected to be a great experience with excellent food. The hostess was very friendly and a nice welcome. It took a while for a waitress to attend to our table. When the food arrived, most of the table complained that the steak was fatty and not worth the price (4 of us had the $40 Rib Steak). Half of my asparagus was undercooked and couldn't be chewed properly. Those who ordered asparagus complained that it wasn't seasoned and should at least be buttered for the price we paid. The wine was great and a saving grace. After mentioning the thoughts on the food, the manager came and she was very nice, offered us complimentary dessert, and said they would bring us dessert menus. The menus never arrived. Nor did our server. Tired of waiting, we had to go fetch the server to get the bill and were never given a reason as to why the compensation that was offered never arrived.

  Food and drinks great as always. The service was a bit lacking from our primary waiter, but attentiveness from management when I pointed out my overcooked steak was immediate and as expected from the Keg - offer to replace etc and in appreciated consideration they comped a few of our drinks as I'd already eaten most of the steak.
  
  Good Keg experience overall, only the one star taken off due to waiter - had to flag down for drink refills (...really?)

  A beautiful escape from a heavy down pour during our holiday in Toronto. The starters were carefully presented, and delicious, (i.e. calamari, onion soup and baked cheese). The steaks that followed were perhaps not quite to the same high standard. Our waitress was efficient, but her approach to us - perhaps as tourists - seemed a little off-hand, which was disappointing for such a stylish restaurant.
