  An amazing bakery with great prices and exceptional customer services!!! My daughter needed a princess cake for her 5th birthday and the cake was phenomenal, the exterior and interior of the cake was just above and beyond what i expected and wanted! No other bakeries can match up to Katie's Cakes. The cake was beautiful and I can not thank the employees enough for bending over backwards to fulfill my daughters crazy cake desires. I am very picky when it comes to my kids birthdays and even celebrations at that. Katie's Cakes will forever have my business and heart. Do yourself a favor and go to Katie's Cakes.

  Such a beautiful little store! I love to visit here! My 3 kids ask me all the time to come here for the cake pops and i always comply because I LOVE THEM TOO!!! I recently brought a cake here for Mother's Day and the cake was soooo beautiful my momma almost cried because she's only ever got those basic Costco cakes in the past. Great customer service, great prices and great tasting cakes. You get what you pay for- an amazing cake!!!

  Such a wonderful bakery with such reasonable prices. So happy with the cake I ordered. Deferentially going to come back. I would suggest anyone to come to this bakery . Thank you so much for the amazing cake and cupcakes!! Worth every penny :)

  I love to support local businesses and will never buy a cake or any bakery items from big, greedy corporations. Katie's Cake had me floored at how well they conduct themselves with not only their customers but with the high level they hold their cakes too. Hands down the best cake i have tasted in my 53 years of living . My employee retired last month and we had a retirement party and i went to Katie's Cakes to get him a cake and some matching cupcakes and no word of a lie, THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! What a great way to send off such a hard worker! Next month my niece has a 14th birthday party and i will for sure be going to Katie's Cakes and i suggest you go too.

  Terrible service. I called for a quote, left numerous messages with no response. I finally went into the bakery in person and inquired about having a cake done (to feed 75 people) as well as matching cake pops, cookies and other dessert table items. I was cut off and told me my designs were "not typical for a baby shower" no they aren't but that is what I want and am paying someone for, lol!!! Why is this concept so hard? They were rude and clearly have enough business so don't care about customer service. Why bother having this business? Anyways luckily I was able to get ALL of my desserts done with a great bakery and everything looked and tasted amazing! SKIP these nonsense people and check out Cake Star on Lakeshore in Etobicoke.
