  Tasty food but very disrespectful and disgusting emplyess,the individual at the cash register was very disrespectful and the cookes could be seen touching many dirty things than handling food without any type of sanitation hope the employer confronts the cashier and cooks with their very bad ways of work eitics which is very lacking

  Came with my 9 year old daughter April 5 2017 at 430pm and blown away with the poor service. Miserable hostess who appeared agitated when I asked how her day was...she said her day was busy so it was good for business but not her yet there was only 1 person in front of us and 3 others in the whole restaurant. Seemed more interested in talking with friends seated than proper customer service. Will be making a complaint to the district manager. Coughing in hands and immediately touching food as well. Seems a common complaint at this location. Avoid this location and spend money where they want your business.

  As i was watching my food being cooked, i noticed the cook touching everything from dishes, to handles, to the garbage pale, then handled my food. I snapped, asked for it to be all remade- and it was. Went back the next day to find the same disgusting service being done by another employee- Whoever owns this chain and is responsible for this location is being irresponsible. How can someone be allowed to operate without constant monitoring, and sending in a few undercover friends to get the real image of how things are being operated- would give the owner the understanding of whats really going on behind closed doors- we are not hating your product- or your location- just your lack of due diligence in up-keeping sufficient staff with knowledge of every day safe food handling- you will be monitored again for the next few weeks- and if i continue to see this, i will bring this up to the C.E.O, AND C.F.O myself.
