  I came down from maple to young aND blood location and the hosts was so nice and welcoming. Very friendly environment and welcomING again. Very helpful in direction and order correctly and proper..the food was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for the small sweet treat. Cheers to jack Astros @blood! !!!☆☆love Nina and umti

  Our U of T class made a reservation for dinner here for last weekend's reunion. Unfortunately, a soccer game on tv caused the restaurant to unexpectedly fill to capacity. When we arrived, Gina made sure that we had a table at which to sit until our reserved spot opened up. She was very apologetic and generously supplied us with complimentary appetizers. Gina turned a potentially negative experience into a great experience. So nice that customer service is important to Jack Astor's.

  Great friendly staff at the bar. Both bartenders working tonight were quick and friendly. They were introducing themselves to all the guests, asking people's names and really made a good impression. Unlike any other Jack's I've ever been to

  It's the usual franchise Jack Astor's fare but that's not a bad thing by any means. Friendly staff and good food is always welcome by me.

  Bad take out experience! They got the order wrong, they don't have the food in their take out menu, and they gave you a sort of similar item without asking me, I called them put me in a long hold, I'm already back in the restaurant and I'm still on hold on them. They had it replace but waited for another 15mins just standing in a corner they never bother to have you seated to wait for the replacement. Bad customer service!
