  Unfortunately I can't give no stars so one will have to do.
  This was by far the worst experience ordering food in my life. We ordered online at 5:48. The estimated delivery time was 7pm. At 7:20 I called the restaurant to ask where the order was. The person on the phone I spoke with said it just left the restaurant. At 7:20pm it should not just be leaving the restaurant. Asked why it was so late and the lady got angry and said that it's because of "traffic and the weather!" (drizzling).
  I asked how that affects the fact that it just left the restaurant. She threatened to call the driver and cancel the order. I said not to. My husband and I have been waiting for an hour and a half, we're hungry.
  I asked to speak to a manager and she said he wasn't there. I asked for her name and she refused to give it and again said she was going to cancel our order.
  The food finally arrived at 7:40. Almost 2 hours after placing the order online and it was mediocre at best. I had the risotto and it tasted more like wet minute rice.
  No apology was ever made.
  I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. HORRIBLE.

  Really a 3.5/5.
  Decent pasta and lovely melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi. Enjoyable cheesecake and tiramisu. I wish they had served the bread warm, but otherwise the experience was fine. I would go back again to try other dishes. We used a Groupon which really made it extra affordable.

  I went to pick up a food order. It seemed closed because it was so empty but as I reached the door I saw someone moving inside so I went in. The white haired man was sweeping the floor (it was that much EMPTY--not a single person in sight!)
  I said, "Hi there", and he saw me and lead me outside and said, "Go around the corner, park in the rear, and come back from the back door, ok?" I said, "So you are not going to give me the food now?" He said, "No".
  I simply cancelled the order. I don't need an arrogant man who is sweeping the floor and his special gift is making sandwiches treating me like I am less than him in an completely not busy time! If he was busy I would've may be understood.
  I just hope hope their food doesn't suck as much as their attitude.
