Reviews about Rossini Restaurant
- 5 / 5By Shawn Chu CheongExcellent service, atmosphere, food. Fine dining. Romantic. Only complaint is that the bread was not warmed for the butter to melt on it. But when I asked the waiter to warm the bread, he did.April 11, 2017
- 5 / 5By Joey GagneMy family has been going to Rossini's for over 35 yrs. The service and the food are first class and very tasty!! I highly recommend Rossini's for the intimate setting and personal service!March 16, 2017
- 3 / 5By Fabiana MartinezI came here for dinner on Sunday night. Ordered Bruschetta to start and then Risotto ai Funghi and my boyfriend ate veal parmesan. The food was ok, nothing outstanding. There was only one server and two begginers busgirls with more than 10 tables. Therefore, the service was not good.
The best of this place is that the restaurant is nice and cozy.November 20, 2016 - 3 / 5By Ms Bella MybellDinner for four - that's two teens and two adults. Bill was high at $154 tax included for what we had. Tip extra at $20.
▪caesar salad - not well liked, had dressing with anchovies- thou I never saw the anchovy the flavour was over powering fishy and bit of a turn off. Served room temp - yuck
▪Mixed salad greens and bitter purple leaves. Eaten but not thoroughly enjoyed.
▪Large portion sized spaghetti with chicken for the kids topped with parmesan cheese plus order garlic bread. Well liked.
▪Lasagna served in a boiling hot microwave dish that burned the spouse's hand. We think this dish pre-made & possibly frozen. It large, lots of meat but it dry and some noodles also looked dry.
▪Veal with lemon, mixed veggies with potato succulent.
▪ Skip desserts. A variety but they not home made. Tartufo from grocery store. My dessert of crepes filled with vanillia ice cream and drizzled with raspberry and chocolate was sad at best. Fire whoever responsible doing desserts because they pathetic. There is no Wow presentation. In fact desserts lost their appeal when served on gigantic plates. My crepes were most likely taken from freezer. I expected a warm crepe but it not to be. It served cold and the pieces of fruit accompanying each dessert looked undesirable.
▪A classic chocolate mouse cake swooched with Nutella was enjoyed.
▪Beautifully stated decor.
▪Knowledgeable wait staff.
▪Very comfortable seating.
▪Food alright but nothing spectacular. Desserts disappointing.
Not wheelchair accessible and not good if you have back and leg issues because there many stairs to climb to reach dining room upstairs.
Would I return? No I would not because of the price. At $154 plus a tip we should have had an excellent meal and we didn't. For a restaurant of this calibre make fresh food not frozen, tell your customers you use anchovy paste especially when it is lacking on the menu, and serve home made desserts and flare and never serve pineapple please.September 26, 2016 - 5 / 5By Nico GuiduccioFood is great prices are awesome and service is very goodAugust 12, 2016
