  - very small portions
  - not flexible at all with substitutions
  - can't be seated untill your entire party has arrived. Small place so it makes sense during peek hours, but I was there at 3 on a Monday. Only two other tables seated.
  - no consistency. Was better quality when it first opened and allowed small changes.
  
  Bottom line: lots of ramen places downtown, and many with far better service and quality.

  This is a small treasure. The best Ramen in the city. The staff is quick and the service is always good. The food is fantastic, but slightly too salty for my liking, but you can personalize your order with less salt or add on some tasty sides!

  Really good ramen. My soft-boiled egg was a little too cooked for my liking. I was able to get the cream melon float and that was pretty delicious. I like the availability of making it a combo with a rice dish. Waiting time wasn't that bad actually but it gets really cramped inside.

  Delicious ramen. There's usually a wait, so allow for extra time! Once ordered, the food does come very quickly. Definitely try the famous pork jowl slices if you can.

  My first experience was a very pleasant one. Knowing that this place is busy, I anticipated a line. Joined the line and was seated in a few minutes. Service was really nice, food was delivered quickly and at a good temperature. Delicious food and dessert. Customer service was very warm. I will definitely go back to try some more dishes.
