  As someone who likes Harvey's in general, I was pretty disappointed. They got my order wrong (I asked for a double angus bacon cheese burger and Recieved my order without the bacon) and the fries I was given were unsalted and soft. My receipt was not given to me.
  
  They were polite but seem to be understaffed.
  
  If only this wasn't attached to Swiss chalet. Maybe the quality would be better. But in the end that's no excuse for bad food.

  This location just opened up inside of a Swiss Chalet that already existed here. The staff is polite, courteous and the food quality is great, as I would expect from a Harvey's!

  Nice decor, friendly service, but severely understaffed. They are so rushed and anxious that you start to feel the same. The man loves the word Ma'am which makes me feel sick. No one wants to be called that.
