As a buffet place, I didn't really expect much of the food here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought all the items I tried were solid - it's prepared well, not overcooked and the flavour was decent. I especially like the mussels, which are green lipped New Zealand mussels that are known to be good quality and meaty.

The thing to go for here is definitely the raw section where you place raw items that you like in a bowl and hand it over to the chefs at the circular grill table. Not only do you get a hot piping bowl of stir fry, you also get a side of fire show as entertainment...neat!

I was told to add at least a ladle of sauce to the bowl so that food would not be dry after the cooking process, and that worked out really well. I had two very satisfying bowls of lamb and beef stir-fry here.

The food at buffets are not meant to blow your mind, and is much the case here. But to put everything in perspective, even on a "pricey" weekend night, it is still under $30 a person. Great deals can be had if you come in for a weekday lunch or dinner. Compare this with "asian citrus fruit" buffet which can cost up to $32 a person. So in my book this place provides very good value compared to your typical buffet and a 4-star establishment for me.

The food is so delicious and I love the idea of chefs cooking right in front of you. My only concern is of allergies. The hot table doesn't seem to be cleaned often, so anyone allergic to nuts should be careful; nut oils/sauces are an option amongst guests to use in their plates.

I have been a customer for many years, I enjoy their food and hospitality but now with a baby I haven't gone often. I went last Monday and my 2 year old who did not eat at all as he is TWO was charged. The staff saw me not eating as my child wanted to see them cook the food the whole time. I was also disappointed that everytime I was able to get a plate and finally sit down to eat as soon as I was up leaving half my bowl there to find another time to eat the food was gone by the time I went back. Needless to say I was very peeved that I was charged for a two year old that didn't eat, first time ever that I see this happen anywhere.

Amazing this place never fails to be amazing. Once you find the cycle you figure out when to go up for food and have a little to no line. Only thing is that with 3 chefs sometimes it can be very busy, but what do you expect from a delicious place. Highly highly recommend you try it.

At first glance, loved it. As the night progressed, everything went down hill. My favourite restaurant is Mongolian Grill in Whitby so I thought this would be even better based on reviews and pictures. When I called to make reservation for my daughters birthday, the person that answered seemed confused and made me feel like my requests to have a birthday celebration of some sort would not be fulfilled. Once we got there tell layout felt like a mall food court and at $30 a plate I expected a more upscale atmosphere.

After choosing my bowl, the poured water on my meal making it extremely bland in comparison to the whitby restaurant. The whole point of the experience is for there to be a bit of a show when the chefs cook and tonight they seemed bored and lazy, just kind of pushing the ingredients back and forth.

The final straw was waiting for the bill over 20 minutes after my daughters cake finally came out (which by the way took 2 reminders to get them to do it and it was still frozen). We finally asked a separate server to get us the bill and he did so, never seeing our original server again.

It's too bad because their Fondue Fountain was a huge boost but with all the other negatives I wouldn't waste my money there again.
