Reviews about Fortinos
- 1 / 5By Suzy RezkallaI had a very horrible experience with my groceries shoppping!!. I had a full cart and was trying to get it to the car. Surprisingly, the cart cannot go beyond a certain point. I got out from another door as advised by staff and walked pushing the cart in the street around the outside of the whole whatever square feet of the big centre trying to get to my car at the front parking lot if the mall. Even though, afterall there was a another magnet in the middle of the street that prevented the cart from going further.I had to leave my cart full of all my groceries at the middle of nowhere and run quite a distance to bring my car back to the stuck point and upload the items. At this point I was hopeless and tired enough to even leave my purchase if I was not able to get it. Such a stupid place with no respect to customers. All they care for is not to move the shopping cart further. Then you go to hell with your purchase !!May 07, 2017

- 1 / 5By Wendy ParaizoThe customer service here is beyond awful! Please Steer clear of Marcia and Suzette. The management team really need to hire better employees if they want to keep their customers coming back to this location. I will not be returning back.April 16, 2017
- 5 / 5By Cynthia VassStore has a family feel to it. Staff are pleasant and friendly, seem to enjoy their job. I've watched this location evolve over the last 15 years to a smaller neighbourhood store to one of the top grocery stores in the area. Have an abundance of items including many ethnic items and a substantial health section. My go to store!!September 05, 2016
- 1 / 5By Adam MStore does not have products advertised in flyer. Very dirty store as well, the seafood aisle stinks. For an example of what Fortinos should be check out the one in Etobicoke or in Hamikton. This Franchisee tries to pass off expired product by heavily discounting it. Some of the staff is very ignorant, my girlfriend and I were shopping together (we are a mixed race couple) and we're clearly chatting in line and she was bagging and we were communicating then too. I pulled out my card to pay and the cashier said oh you are together? Unnecessary and ignorant. Especially since we are in the Centre of TorontoJune 28, 2016
