  I give one STAR for the cakes (not the other pastry). Another STAR for okay food. Their service can be a lot better. The staff should put on a smile.

  Chinese-style Western food that's nothing to write home about, but the portion sizes are big and their meal combos are great value. $16 for a soup, entree, dessert, tea/coffee for lunch is pretty awesome. Also, their pastries and cakes are pretty good so a great option to pick up a cake for special occasions!

  just take the cake and go. Last time, my friend was waiting for me in this restaurant and she ordered a cup of coffee. She stayed for half an hour and then a guy seems to be in charge came to ask her if she wants to order anything more. She said she was just waiting for me and we would order something later. Then the guy looked really upset and took all the cutlery, even NAPKINS on the table. My friend was shocked. There are too many chats and laughs between waitresses. I could hear them complaining in Mandarin about customers staying for too long and some customers wouldn't leave after finishing their cakes.

  Horrible experience. Would not go back. The lunch comes with a slice of cake. We had asked the waitress if we could trade 4 of the cakes in order to upgrade 1. The waitress said yes. It wasn't until we were done eating the cake that the waitress came back and said we cannot do it anymore, and that they would have to charge us for the upgrade. We took their word for it. Clearly their word means nothing and their customer service is worse. Never go here. Disgusted.
