  I was surprisingly disappointed with this restaurant. Firstly, none of the staff spoke French. Secondly, the French onion soup was missing the top of melted cheese, my absolute favorite part about it. The Ceasar salad was only okay, not garlicky enough, but I did enjoy the flavour of sardines. It was light on the dressing, which wasn't bad because the lettuce was very fresh. We waited a very long time for the food, but my friend who ordered the duck, really enjoyed her meal, which is probably the reason it took so long. All in all, I was disappointed. They have potential for a great really restaurant, but it wasn't great. Also, I finished with the Cream Brule, which again, was only okay.

  Really friendly service and great food. The environment and place is amazing as well. The only backdraw is the wait for food. It can take a while for you to get your food, especially if you order some items, but at the end, they're definitely worth it!

  Excellent food! Great chef in the open and viewable kitchen. Very friendly and caring place. They were very helpful accommodating my pregnant wife's request for substitutions on some menu items.

  Early reservation for a large-ish group (12). The restaurant was not busy, and yet, after ensuring we all knew there would be an 18% gratuity automatically added, warned us that he would not split the bill because of how busy it was going to be.
  
  Restaurant remained not busy, but did not offer to split the bill, as he was too inundated with the requests of his 4 other customers. Instead, he left it to the group to sort out how to split the bill ourselves, and still accepted multiple payments with credit cards. In other words, he was too lazy to split the bill in their POS system.
  
  Appetizers were good. Pizza was overcooked. Quality of food was fine, quality of service was poor. Would not recommend on that alone. Countless other excellent options on Baldwin before heading here.

  Nice bohemian atmosphere, good portions. Great wine and bar selection. Strong coffee. The best creme brulee in the city. The main courses seem to have become sweet? And the salads which used to be luscious and swoon-worthy seem to be lacking some love... the back patio needs a fresh coat of paint. It might be better to just have drinks dessert here now.
