  Pretty good experiences most time I go there. A couple of times they got my order wrong while going through the drive thru and customer service should be polished up.

  My first time ordering from Wendy's...I am not satisfied with the order is that I told the host, not naming the person, but they did not get my order correct. I ask the host that I want the (Half) "Taco Salad" and I was given a different order which was the (Half) Spicy Caesar - Half Caesar. My stepfather accepted the order, but he wanted the "Taco Salad" and that was not mentioned to the host, maybe they did not hear me good, or that I ordered the wrong salad, but I am sure that I ask for a "Taco Salad" and was not good. Also, my mom wanted extra salad dressings as the one that came with the salad was not enough to cover the whole salad. She ordered the (Half) Strawberry Mango Chicken Salad" with Honey Citrus Vinegarette that came with one of those, but because it was (Half) salad it was okay, but if I ordered the (Full) salad, then we would want the associates who are working at Wendy's to at least give two packs of salad dressings, that all I am asking is to be served well and to honor my request without messing up and allowing customers to not be satisfied. I am lucky I have found the receipt, as I wanted to express my experience and what needs to be done in order to meet customers satisfaction. Thank you.
