  I would like to preface this by saying that I have 12 years of restaurant experience, so for me to complain about food is highly unlikely and very rare. This experience was so awful I would give it zero stars if I could.
  
  I ordered via Just Eat and the results were terrible. The crab cakes were doughy in the middle and covered in sauce, which made them soggy upon arrival. There were actual chunks of just dough throughout and pretty much no crab. Definitely the worst crab cakes I've ever seen. Note to the restaurant - you should send the sauce on the side next time for future delivery orders!
  
  In addition, I ordered the Seafood Fettuccine which lists that it comes in a white wine sauce. My pasta arrived in a cream sauce. I double checked the menu - some of the pastas very clearly say 'Cream Sauce' but this dish says 'White Wine Sauce'. Definitely not what I got. The noodles were broken into 2 inch long pieces and the pasta was very bland. I asked for parmesan on the side and didn't receive it at all.
  
  When I called the restaurant, I spoke with a manager named Sam who was incredibly rude and has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen in a manager. I had to ask him several times to please stop interrupting me and allow me to finish speaking. He told me he has never had a complaint about these dishes, and that the pasta is on the 'cream sauce' section of the restaurant menu. I'm sure he's right, but it does not say cream sauce on the Just Eat menu. He refused to hear it. At one point, he told me that "I should not have ordered seafood if I don't like it". At no point did I say anything about the seafood - I love seafood! He was not the slightest bit understanding and had no interest in hearing my feedback which is probably the worst thing a restaurant manager could be. I have no idea how this man manages to stay employed with such poor people skills.
  
  Sam refused to refund me my money and said he would have the kitchen re-make the order, which I of course declined because I have no interest in re-receiving soggy crab cakes and cream-sauce pasta. When I told him I would be leaving a poor review online, he said "thank you" and hung up the phone on me!
  
  Thankfully I spoke with a very helpful support person at Just Eat who contacted the restaurant on my behalf and was able to get the manager to refund my money. Big ups to Just Eat for being awesome!!!!!!!
  
  The restaurant however.... well, let's just say I will NEVER order from here again and will make sure that everyone I know who enjoys Italian food avoids this place like the plague. Worst experience I've ever had with a delivery order.

  We quite enjoy the food here .. and would order on a weekly basis. I give 3 stars now though because they've removed themselves from UBEReats for our area. We don't understand why they decided to not deliver now.
