  I was here with my partner this summer. The view is amazing. The food was absolutely fine. The staff were really pleasant, if a little frantic! The only thing I would say is that they could use another pair (few pairs) of hands, as it was absolutely slammed when we were there, and the wait time was a little long.

  Unfortunately I'll have to give this just 2 stars
  My reason for this is because the service although nice and friendly was unorganized and slow with people standing around
  The food tasted as if it was frozen and was expensive for what we got
  We also ordered two alcoholic beverages from upstairs which were expensive and nearly room temperature (out biggest turn off)
  It was disappointing all together and we had walked from the other side of the island to come here because the name was enticing.
  It has great potential but is sadly falling apart

  I came here for a private catered event. The food was was catered by the restaurant and I thought it was pretty good. The waitstaff was also very attentive and friendly. However, the only problem I found was that the upstairs area, which is open air, felt a bit cheap. Plastic furniture, really plain decorations and mostly just underwhelming. To be fair, that day had some not so great weather so that might have had an influence on my opinion

  It was pretty solid. Food was good but I had a bit of issues with the staff. I was throwing my food and cups out and about 15 minutes later, I had the bartender come up to me accusing me of throwing a cup at their associate.
  
  My friend and I were shocked because we saw nobody and the bartender kept giving me such a dirty look to which she really didn't let me defend myself and took me as a liar.
  
  Before I left, I asked who the associate was so I can apologize if I did accidentally get her (despite putting a cup directly into the garbage) but the bartender refused to let me know who and kept assuming that I was in the wrong. She took me as a joke and I went on with me day. Terribly disappointed to be treated like that and not let me clear things up and just have the bartender rudely come up to me and just accusing me without letting me explain myself. Probably won't go here for a while in case they remember me and treat me bad.

  Went there 2 weeks ago and they had a limited menu as they had just opened. Had the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious! Went back yesterday and they had the full menu going. Great food, friendly staff and a super bartender on the patio. Best place to eat on Centre Island!
