Toronto Home Comfort was the only one willing to take my call and provide assistance. Not only did they actually send a team that very afternoon, they were resourceful and determined to successfully free the birds. While not the intended purpose of the call, my fireplace is now actually working (and safe!)...and free from unwanted feathered guests.
