  Usually I visit this location out of convenience. Food selection seems to be less than other Tim Horton's, but there's ample seating. Certain times of day, despite an office crowd from the building above, the noise factor is acceptable.

  Been there twice. Relatively quiet comparing to other Tim Horton, environment is above average Tim Hortons. But it closes too early at 6pm usually.

  It's currently under renovation, but it's a nice quiet Tim Horton's after all the office staff have left. Small parking lot next to store, but it has adequate parking and is never full.
