Horrible service. Witnessed staff yelling at a homeless woman who was soaking wet from the rain and they yelled at her and refused to give her a coffee. Manager should be fired.

Employees are rude and not very knowledgeable about the services they render. The last time I was there they kept pushing me around because a probably new staff got confused and they did not apologize for it.
