  Customer service at night could be a lot better if they had more staff. They hardly have enough people for drive thru and it takes several minutes of standing there just to place your order...

  Very bad service - I went back to drive thru, because she put too much sugar on my coffee. She took my cup probably poured some water in it and wrote what I asked for with 1 sugar (before there was no white marker writings on it) . I didn't bother to test at the window because I thought she must have made me fresh and corrected one. But it was cold and same sweet. If it's less sweet I can handle but more sweet is difficult to sip on. What a bunch of stupids and crooks work here. These ppl who work here needs to learn customer service. Not going back there and not going back to Tim Hortons anymore. Bye bye Timmy's forever. This was not the first time they served me terrible coffee.

  It's nice that this Tim's is open all hours of the night. I believe it's 24 hrs. It's attached to Wendy's and is spacious inside so you can sit down and catch up with a friend. The drive through is typically long and servers can sometimes be flustered. They need more staff.

  Night staff are rude & dont understand simple English, certain ones also discriminate against ppl with disabilities.
  Go anywhere else you can, or use drive thru only.
