  Very nice. Good friendly staffs. My only complain is the wash room. It's clean. Good job. Need to fix the sink tap. Also the dryer is in the wrong place.

  You could have what seems like 10 or more staff working there, but you are waiting forever for someone to take your order. Once they do take your order, they realize it's not available and offer something else after 10 minutes of waiting. I ordered two teas last night, one with milk and sugar and one with milk and they forgot the main ingredient, the tea. When I went back and asked to speak to a manager about my experience from that and the one I had in the morning, they said they will write what happened in their book? They made more tea, and then for got which one was just milk and which one was milk and sugar and just took a guess because she said that she could tell which one looked like it had milk and sugar? Most Tim Horton are like this, but this one takes the cake.

  Coffee is always Luke warm and order is hardly correct. Yet again I go in and for my coffee with the cream curtilled. When I tell them, they argue with me in front of the customers. Then proceed to tell me that it's fine.
  Food-wise: ive cpmplsined about their bagel beinf stake and they tell me its apparently fresh.
  Their drive thru is the worse. Always take one side and not alternate asides even though we were there before everyone else whose come by.
  Each and every time we complain or just say something, they look at us like were the stupid ones.
  
  I go there whenever I visit my mom and i dread it each and every time.
