  It's not the worst place, but more often than not they have difficulties understanding what a dark black coffee is; Three different employees had this trouble at different times.
  They seem to get my orders incorrect with food; it's either the wrong order, or it ends up being the another customers order given to me instead. Not too often, but occasionally.
  Because I live so close to it, I still come back because they're not the worst place.

  Went through the drive-thru and received the incorrect order at the window, even though the problem was identified and corrected at the ordering window. Could not understand the person taking the order, even after several attempts at repeating. My coffee was significantly less full than it should have been. Other Tim Hortons in the area are better.

  i live close by, so i've came here millions of times. i'm not a huge fan of the environment, but they haven't changed a bit since i first came years ago, and that to me, is a good thing.

  Going to have to give this place a 1 star. The staff here are all Tamil and the other day I made an order and the guy at the window gave me the wrong order, and he said he misheard me, so then all the other girls started laughing and talking in their own language, probably directed at me or something. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I go here quite a lot too, most of the time it's fine, but sometimes they mess up my order. One time I ordered an ice coffee, they did not put any sugar inside and I had to throw it out. The workers here are kids and young adolescents and just seem like their playing around and not taking their job seriously. 1 Star.

  The drive through is poorly designed and hard to get out of the parking lot sometimes as the line up blocks the parking spots. On more than one occasion I've found the timbits to be a little stale. Also, it would be nice if just once, they didn't overfill the cup at the drive through.
