  Worst costumer service ever. One of the ladies working there for my order wrong (I used drivethru) I had already left when I noticed. So I turned back. Parked my car and went inside. The lady was literally yelling at me when I was trying to tell her she's the one who messed up.

  Very Bad customer service. Staff is always rude. No proper soft skills tarining, mostly people from outside. Always in rush to deliver poor quality coffee

  Had the worst customer service there. I was in there drive thru bought an iced capp and they didn't give any straw. so I was waiting for the straw and a lady opens the window and tells me, "okay you can go". I said you didn't give a straw then she literally threw the straw at me and told me again "go!go!" I said let me put my seat belt on. she was yelling like, okay !okay! go! I asked for the manager's name, and a guy started yelling at me .I was tired and there were 2 cars behind me. so I left.

  Most of the time when I ask for four sugar four milk in my steep tea they give me four sugar four cream... every time they do that to me I take a sip of my tea and it tastes like there's a stick of butter in it. And it's not just me either they have a really hard time with getting the orders right the first time. And this is just me...
  
  On top of that just yesterday my boyfriend and his brother walked in there having their own casual conversation and one of the staff tried to jump in saying what the heck is their problem and such. She tried to getting all upset at them for no reason and threatening to call the police for an issue she started. They were honestly scared to go back in there this morning to get my hot chocolate because they didn't want that lady to try and start with them again like she did yesterday, yet she was the one that served them again this morning and acted like nothing ever happened. No apology or anything...
  
  When they walk into a Tim Hortons to get drinks they shouldn't have to worry about staff jumping down they're throats and causing issues about a conversation that they're not even included or involved in, doesn't matter if the staff is in a bitchy mood or not. Do I now have to think twice before I go in there and bring my family with me?
  
  It's pathetic...

  Best drive thru. So fast! It's pretty close to the road, so if the line look long, it's really not. Staff are always pleasant!
