  Fantastic service today. I ordered 4 dozen donuts and they baked them fresh for me within the hour. They also gave me plates, napkins and serving wax paper. Thank you, Anna.

  There's a 50% chance they will mess up my order, specifically if I'm getting a sandwich. It's legitimately ridiculous how often this happens... Service is usually very slow as well, despite the large number of people behind the counter. It sometimes feels as though the entire staff is in training. I wish I was exaggerating.

  Terrible sales people here.
  I get a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. When I bought this to their attention, they explained "We ran out of that one". Also, depending on who's working they'll stop making sandwiches and wrap about an hour before they close. Stay away from this Tim Horton's if possible.

  Service here is probably the worst I've experienced from a Timmies, and I've been here almost every other day for the past year.
  The older ladies consistently behave hostile, almost never corrects your order when asked to and gives you attitude as a reply. They usually don't mess up the order though.
  ["Is it possible to add a bit more water to that tea?" (there was a whole inch of space below the fill line) "Why? It's already overflowing"]
  ["What bagels do you guys have?" *eye rolls to my face and very reluctantly turns around to check*]
  The younger ladies are nicer, but usually don't get your order right. Whether at the cashier where they ask you to repeat your order on average 2 to 3 times (even when speaking clearly and concisely, and one time I had to repeat my FULL order 6 times). Or they make your food wrong; forgot a slice of cheese, mixed up milk and cream, didn't know what to do for less common orders (and the older ladies showed them sloppily and not properly), forgot to cut the bagel/sandwich, etc etc.
