  Wish they had kept the Wendy's attached to the same building. But none the less, still a good location. Only issue was with the drive thru order window where it is always broken and good luck understanding what the person on the other side is saying.

  It may be bad luck, but everytime I come here I receive terrible service, such as wrong orders, staff not being trained to do simple tasks, staff hiding and other staff arguing. It's a mess. Only once from my many visits have I encountered a really good employee. The rest, for some reason, do not know how to do their jobs well. The food itself is okay. I find that the sandwiches are a hit or miss - either really good, or poorly made. The vicinity is really clean and never too crowded. I notice that people often come to either hangout with a friend or to get some work done because the atmosphere is very casual and relaxing. Overall I would recommend only if you are patient or if you need a place to hang around without being kicked out.

  Well spacious and washroom facility for family.
  Services are not upto the mark. But the staffs will be rotating, so you won't face the bad effects of customer service.

  I would give a higher rating if they sold toasted coconut donuts.
  It shares the location with a vacant space that use to be a Wendy's, that has since closed. Rumor has it that Burger King was supposed to open in that vacant space, but that has been two years now.
  Apparently the residents of Malvern have a thing for spreading rumors regarding its commercial real estate, which should be taken with a grain of salt. Again time will tell. CHEERS!
